Joana Nabais is a scientist turned business intelligence leader — a bridge between data, health, and decision-making. With a PhD in Oncobiology, a Master’s in Genetics and Biomedicine, and a degree in Biotechnology, Joana combines deep scientific knowledge with a strategic data-driven mindset.

As the CEO and founder of .WHAT.IF., she leads initiatives that empower organizations to make smarter, evidence-based decisions. A certified Power BI and GDPR specialist, Joana has also completed advanced professional courses in Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) and Project Management (CAPM), complementing her strong background in analytics and leadership.

Over the past decade, Joana has trained more than 1,200 professionals, guiding them to harness the full potential of data through hands-on, applied Business Intelligence solutions.
